[78-L] Leonard Feather question

[Julian Vein]

On April 20, 1939 Feather recorded "Feather Bed Blues/Lament" for Decca. 
Rust JR3 shows a subtitle of "Concentration Camp Lament". Was this used 
on any label or was it just a working title?
