EXTRAORDNARY RECORDS", by Giorgio Moroder, Alessandro Benedetti and 
Peter Bastine. 10" x 10", just the size of small disc records. Quite 
reasonably priced. All records reproduced in full colour. Text in 
English, French and German. Should be easily available in the US
