Downtown Toronto was 25 cycle till..don't know when it converted. We moved into
the suburbs (North York) in 1954 and every record player and tape recorder had
to go over to "Moe" to be converted..a couple of machines never did come back.
This ancient radio went into the basement and hadn't been used to play records
since before 1950 anyway. I guess there's only one way to find out! Stand back..
