[78-L] Rug Cutter's Swing question

I have the Allen version on Collector's Classics CD COCD-2, and it's the 
same tune as the Henderson version. The composer credit is given as 
"Henry Allen". The Henderson version on CD MCA GRP 16432 has the 
composer credit as "H. Henderson". My English Brunswick gives "Henderson".
