[78-L] Annette Hanshaw pseudonyms, was Re: 'On Mobile Bay'

Speaking of these Hanshaw discs I recently picked up a small collection (300 or so) of records that had a couple E condition Diva's in it.  I didn't know it at the time but these Gay Ellis and Dot Dare discs were Anette Hanshaw!  So I learned some new pseudonyms.

The gem in the collection (for me that is) was the Columbia 14328-D of Henry Williams/Eddie Anthony singing Georgia Crawl.

There were some electric dime-store label Columbias before 1930. For
example, all of Annette Hanshaw's Harmonys, Velvet Tones and Divas
were electric, even though they didn't have the "W" in a circle
pressed into the shellac. I don't know whether Columbia was getting
away with something here, as they were supposed to pay a royalty fee
to Western Electric for every record made using their system.
