[78-L] NBC Documentary Recording FDR set

As I recall (I used them as traders) the 16-inch discs had the same NBC labels 
as the 78 sets. They were also banded, but not in the same places as the 78s, 
so that anything continued on consecutive 78 sides was complete on the 
transcription version.
