Here's something unusual.  Note that the matrix is dated 1946, D6, which
is three years after Waller died. This means, of course, that the
soundtrack dubbing onto disc was done in 1946. The V indicates it is for
Victor records, so as dl says, it was not an exclusive UK issue.  And
the C indicates 12-inches.
