[78-L] a set of Victor PRogram transcriptions

Anyone have the link to the ARSC Journal online? I have parts 1 & 3 of the
"Victor pre-LP LPs" listings but this set must be in part 2. (The final
instalment, not numbered, is in Vol. XV #1, 1983 and my part 1 is a photocopy.)
