[78-L] For those married folks, how does your spouse fell about your record collection?

I haven't had too many problems with my better half in all the years I have been collecting, as long as the collection is kept somewhat under control, which at times can be a problem, because as you collect or are given hundreds of records, and find only a few you have an interest in, then the others somehow need to be disposed of, lest they begin to infringe on the essential living space. Since I collect both old records and old phonos, this has been resolved for the most part giving away surplus records with the extra phonographs I sell, or simply donating them to the next Historical Society Flea Market.

I knew a collector here in Seattle who had records in every corner of his
little one-bedroom apartment...the kitchen contained no food or dishes or
cooking wear. I never opened his fridge to look inside, but I would not
have been surprised to see records in there as well.
