The original matrix numbers are E2056 and E2057, from Jack Litchfield's
Canadian Jazz Discography. Issued as Apex 729, Starr Gennett 23019, Domino
21506, Microphone 22508, Leonora 23019, Gennett 5750. Credited as Vera Hardman
on Domino and Max Darewski on Microphone. The Jim Kidd article in RR 76 lists
the Gennett as coming from the Montreal sessions.

So did Gennett obliterate the Apex matrix numbers and add their own, do the
original ones appear anywhere, or was the disc dubbed? Apex pressed Gennett in
Canada for many years and was doing electrical recording domestically and for
Pathe, so it's not a stretch for Gennett to issue these two sides.
