[78-L] M. Fischer - Capitol album illustrator

I have Capitol album DBX-114, Bozo at the Circus.  It's one of a series of children's albums, this one consisting of 2 78s, music by Billy May, and a 20-plus page illustrated booklet that's bound into the album.  Text is on odd numbered pages.  The even numbered pages contain full size color illustrations which are not signed or credited.  However, I assume they are by the same artist who signed the cover illustration only as M. Fischer.  Does anyone have any information about him?
