[78-L] A "Goons" 78...?!

Going through another box of  "odds (VERY!) and ends"...and discovered the
following! Writing on the sleeve suggests that I (or somebody?) bought it 
off a
British auction list, back in the "good old days" when the postage on 
parcels
crossing the Atlantic was affordable by us ordinary folks!

It is also "sub-credited" as "GOONS DISC!" Seems to date from c. 1957...
