[78-L] Canadian LP issues DOT or Quality label?? info wanted

This is odd for Quality to be using their own numbers on Dot issues this late. 
As they did with many labels (A&M, Jubilee etc), they put them out in Canada on 
Quality until there seemed to be enough sales potential for the label to exist 
under its own name, and we'd been getting Dot LPs pressed as such from the 
early 60s. Quality SV 1747 is Herb Alpert's "South of the Border", so this is 
kind of late for them not to be using the Dot logo.

That said, I don't have any answer re Carolyn Hester.
