[78-L] Canadian LP issues DOT or Quality label?? info wanted

Were DOT(US) LPs issued in Canada on the Dot label, or Quality label - or
some
combination???  Were the DOT albums imported, or pressed in Canada by
Quality??
I am specifically interested in 3 albums by CAROLYN HESTER - I have seen
listings (not actual albums) which indicate a Quality catalog number (see
below).
Can you verify the Quality catalog numbers, and provide a number for the 2nd
album?
