The label says:

"MANUFACTURER AND ORIGINAL PURCHASER AGREES THIS RECORD SHALL NOT BE 
RESOLD FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE"

This means the original purchaser could sell it for the *same* reason as 
the manufacturer (i.e. to make a profit)!
