Thanks, everyone, for your helpful (and entertaining) responses!  Now I have 2 more to look for.  Got this one by being first in line at a garage sale advertising 78 rpm jazz records.  Had to take time off from work to do it, but my boss knows this is as important to me as fishing is to him, so he approved the time off.

The label says "TEAGARDEN" across the top and "Jack Teagarden presents".  Also says "Manufactured for Richard Bradley".  
 
Was this made by a major label for Teagarden or Bradley?  Who is Richard Bradley?  Are there more of these?  Were these songs made available from other labels?
 
This one exhibits heavy use.
