[78-L] "OPEN STRINGS" early middle east recordings

The recent release by HONEST JONS (fifth in their series from EMI vaults)
does not
contain ANY notes: "Honest Jon’s has intentionally foregone providing any
notes, instead letting the listener engage directly with the pieces, all of
them improvisational performances lasting about three minutes. "
Does anyone out there have this, and/or can you identify the source
recordings?
Below is a list.  I will also send an e-mail to Honest Jons and see if they
will provide the info.
The second disc is "New Responses", contemporary western instrumentalists.
