[78-L] Angela Morley obits (was: Good news on copyright extension)

One of the problems David Ades and I had when using Wally Stott tracks on Guild CDs was whether to credit them to "Wally Stott" (which is who he was when he made the recordings) or "Angela Morley". My view was that we should use Wally Stott as that is what was on the original record label but to avoid (or create!) confusion, we usually used something like "Angela Morley as Wally Stott".

One interesting fact is that when Wally Stott made some recordings for the American market on Epic in 1953 (to be found on Guild CDs or the original Epic EG 7030) he used the pseudonym Jeff Morley but, when asked about these sessions and why that name was used, Angela claimed that she couldn't remember doing them.
