What an awful, banal little tune. It should have, and did, sink without a 
trace. No idea when it was stillborn. (good trombone section though!)
But...Wagner was a CBS staff arranger and made four Victor sides in '37 
using Dave Barbour (g) Adrian Rollini and Claude Thornhill among others.
(See Rust "Jazz Records")
He also made a few charts in 1938 for Casa Loma.
