I'm not quite sure it is Buck Clayton here.

And what two beat rhythm section work you're reffering to? Never heard such 
two-beat rhythm in this number. Maybee it is the beggining of the second 
chorus of "Oh Lady Be Good" Jones/Smith Inc., where Walter Page plays 
two-beat on his bass.
Don't think that Lester's work on this one is mediocre, on the contrary - 
this solo was transcribed in one of the books regarding this subject.

This is what my notes on take -A say:

"HONEYSUCKLE ROSE – two-beat, lumpy rhythm section. Mediocre Lester
Young and Buck Clayton. The “Tea For Two” riff irritates and the final
ensemble is stiff."
