[78-L] Van Alexander (was: Old Timers)

I think Van Alexander was born Al(exander) Feldman, not Fielding. One of his first hits was "A-Tisket, A-Tasket" for Chick Webb and Ella Fitzgerald in 1938. I don't have the record any longer (Decca 1840), but I think early pressings show Al Fedman and Ella Fitzgerald as composers.
