First...you have done MUCH better than I have!!
Second, neither Melotone nor Perfect were "client labels"...I am guessing
that the "owners"
of client labels (Romeo = S. H. Kress; Oriole = McCrory's; Banner MAY=
Kresge's?!)
had some "say" in what sides were pressed on their labels, based on what
they thought/
guessed would sell for them.
Your list suggests that Banner "died" in early 1937, with Oriole lasting a
very few more
months; it also suggests that Perfect (and, I have always thought) Melotone
lasted into
the beginning og May, 1938...and that Romeo may have as well...?
