[78-L] Added Blue Price Stickers on early Columbia Labels

So some of these repricing labels were affixed to labels in the factory and others were done at the record dealers shop.  As some of the stickers appear to be cut at funny angles, does that mean they were sent to the dealers in sheets to be cut out and pasted on as needed?
If so, has anyone ever seen one of these sheets of repricing stickers??

Apparently some type of strong and long-lasting adhesive, since the stickers
are still
holding 90 years and more since they were put in place...>!

During the "notes label" era, the background colour of Columbia labels
changed
back and forth ftom black to blue each time the list price changed...so the
"stickers"
giving the changed price(s) also had to match the "previous" label colour.
Since
some dealers may have had records from a previous price change, these would
not have matched the stickers Columbia provided...?!
