[78-L] Second Line

Hi Bill,

In my experience copies of The Second Line are pretty hard to find.   The 
earliest I've seen are from the early 50s but I guess there must be issues 
from the 40s as well.  Is it still going?

I can't imagine any other single issue having so many interesting  articles 
as the one you found..good scouting on your part!
