No, the other side is "Florida". 

The composer would be Petillo if I'm getting the knack of reading this 
label.  It's a dance record (Pathe Disque  *  Danse).  The "Allo! 
Cheri!" side is called a "one step," while the "Florida" side is called 
a "tango Milano" - if I understand it all correctly.
