Tyrone's web site lists it as recorded May 6,  1929.

BTW  Jack recorded another Vallee song in early April of that year,  "Deep 
Night."  Vallee had also recorded it as his last effort for Harmony before 
he left and went to Victor.   It was unissued but I have a test pressing of 
it.
