I wonder if a DVD ripping program (DVD Decryptor for example) could 
rip a region 2 DVD to my hard drive without my computers drive not 
wanting to change the region before it allows the disc to be ripped? 
Convertx2DVD3 would allow the PAL video to be converted to an NTSC 
DVD however the sound & video would be speeded up about 4% in the process.
