[78-L] Barrel Organ info, re-sending

I've been asked about a recording of the Toreador Song from Carmen played on a
barrel organ or hurdy-gurdy (monkey optional). This would have been prior to 
1944 since it turns up in a drama from that year...anyone know if this was in a 
sound effects library or on a "real" record? Possibly Major Sound Effects?

I haven't heard the audio clip so I don't know if it sounds like a recording
from the 30s or 40s or if it's something I missed by Signor Grinderino.
