BUT...about 99% of those who use the tunnel are NOT bound for Windsor!
I suspect many...possibly most...are headed for Toronto (& District) and
thus
headed eastward...?! Besides, a lot of folks drive northward, and use the
Sarnia/Port Huron crossing...MUCH faster!
