Yes, the P.O. receipt shows it was mailed to your P.O. Box on Sat June
6.  I've gotten reports that Newton and dl in Canada have gotten theirs,
mailed at the same time.  Copies mailed two days later have been
received in Austria, Finland, and Washington state, among other distant
locations.  Haven't heard from the Australian purchaser yet.  

We'll have copies at the Jazz Bash this weekend, and we're still
welcoming mail or web orders.
