[78-L] Date required for Victor catalogue

Hi Darren
If you can give the disc number of "the new Paderewski record" I can track 
back to my Victor book & find the date the "New record" was issued.

Records, latest electrical records"  and on rear Form 2962 RCA Victor
Company Inc.

There is a reference to the month September  but no year and talk
about records issued since the last edition of the catalogue but with
out any reference year.

Any clues gladly welcomed.
