[78-L] Accent you hate

Not exactly the same. In spanish they named the film "Serenata Nostalgica"
which means the same as Nostalgic Serenade in english. This word, nostalgia,
the same in spanish and in english, refers to something old that you're
missing, or longing for... yearning.

Melancholy is a different kind of sadness, not necessarily related to
anything... it means an uncertain sadness.

I simply didn't remember the original title in english, so I put Melancholy,
despised by the similar meaning, and the famous song title.

Anyway, you're right in that the spanish title (the real one) fits better to
the film.

Why they put Penny Serenade? Was it because of the lack of money in that
family? Was Penny the name of the girl or something?

Is that the Spanish title?  It was Penny Serenade, originally in Yankeeland.
