Is that the Spanish title?  It was Penny Serenade, originally in Yankeeland. 
Interesting! They revealed some of the plot, with "Melancholy"

I've always loved "Melancholy Serenade" because of the thrilling story,
which always bring tears to my eyes... specially when Cary Grant defends his
rights to stay with the little girl despite his uncertain echonomic
stability...

But almost a stronger point is the loooong scenes in the record shop where
Irene Dunne works, when Cary Grant goes there to buy hundreds of 78s.
