[78-L] Morey Amsterdam on Sunset

I'd like to know if it was Morey, aka Buddy Sorrell, because up until now, I thought the earliest person to record who acted on The Dick Van Dyke Show was?Jay C. Flippen (now THERE'S an arcane bit of trivia!). I believe Flippen recorded as early as 1924.

More info..maybe his father DID play in the Santa Monica orchestra, and maybe 
he's misnamed Morey on the Disc liners. Of course this bio has him born in 
1914, Marc says 1910, other sources say 1908..
