[78-L] Morey Amsterdam was Apollo

I have info on one or two of these (MGM is easy to look up and the Victor was 
recorded before Guys & Dolls opened, since it's the original "solo" version of 
the song).

And I do have two Morey Amsterdam albums, but the other one is on Crown. So 
there's probably only the one Apollo.
