[78-L] "Harold Richards" on Clarion

Anyone know the identity of the crooner on Clarion 5413-C of Home b/w Where 
The Blue of the Night,  as issued by "Harold Richards."  He sounds somewhat 
familiar,  the sort of deja vu that makes you say outloud "Oh...THAT guy."

I pitty the poor chain store folks who paid fifty cents for this dreary 
thing when they could have had the Ruth Etting on Perfect of Home for less 
money.
