[78-L] Unusual HMV Record

I have a batch of these. Some are made by HMV, others by Decca. 24RPM was the 
slowest feasible speed for Talking Book records which had to be played on 
hand-wound machines (lots of blind folks with no electricity at that time, 
apparently).
