[78-L] dating RCA custom recordings, small correction

Actually....RCA skipped a few letters along the way:

P = 1963
R = 1964
S = 1965
T = 1966
U = 1967
W = 1968
Y = 1969
Z = 1970
A = 1971
B = 1972
C = 1973
