Correcting Y (finger slipped on the earlier message).

1959, if this is in the system started in 1954.

K = 1959
7 = Custom, recorded by RCA
O = Phonograph
B (4th position) = 10" 78 rpm standard groove
W (4th position) = 7" 45 rpm microgroove

 From the Victor Alphabet, NAG, Winter 1981..I know this contains information
that has since been corrected.

Here are the other first initials and the years they represent:

F = 1955
G = 1956
H = 1957
J = 1958
L = 1960
M = 1961
N = 1962
O = 1963
P = 1964
Q = 1965
R = 1966
S = 1967
T = 1968
U = 1969
V = 1970
W = 1971
X = 1972
Y = 1973
Z = 1974
