[78-L] The War Bond Man

Sounds like a "Treasury Song Parade" item..these were short programs (3 minutes 
or so) that promoted whatever bond drive was current. They're usually on 
16-inch discs with 3 or 4 to a side, but I've seen individual ones on 78s as 
well. I believe the recordings are all made specifically for these programs and 
not taken from airchecks.
