[78-L] Substitute sopranos

It was referred to but in bits and pieces..I remembered Flagstad and Malcolm
Smith remembered Schwarzkopf (all I could think of was "married to Walter Legge").
Quite a few Stokowski sets seemed to take a couple of years to complete, like
Carnival of Animals.
