[78-L] Can we set up a 78-PUNS Newsgroup- if need be? Getting a bit chatty ^

All great fun, but I still think that careted (^) subjects should stay 
within the group and not be posted to the internet. As it stands 
everything we generate is posted, of course, along with all the relevant 
posts.
