[78-L] Revised American Dance Band Discography

Gotta have 'em,  regardless of mistakes and/or omissions,  they will be a 
great improvement over the Rust volumes.

I inferred from Julian's post that the work will not cover things like 
MacGregor & Sollie issues,  which were not sold commercially.  I wish 
someone could come up with even a rough list of all their issues,  from 1930 
on.
