[78-L] Plucked out of the band?

Al is a good musical detective! It does seem something of an odd
coincidence that the guitar guy leaves the orchestra after this little
recorded gaff. But why was it issued with such an obvious fault? It's so
clear that I'm sure it was audible on machines in 1939.
Great record in any case.
