[78-L] Kate Smith 1st 78 ?

I usually don’t give a Kate Smith 78 a second look before chucking into a lowly regarded milk crate labeled common 78s. One today I found was in E+ condition and an early Columbia black Label # 810.  Is this Kate Smith’s debut 78 recording and if so is there a premium attached to it as such. The subdued voice is much different the big booming Kate Smith sound that I am familiar with growing up in the 60s and seventies.
