[78-L] Angel Embossed Victor ss 52007

Miserable weather day has got me going thru some unsearched 78 boxes today. 
Probably this has been covered before but Is this very common for a Victor  10“ ss ? I have never seen it before. An embossed angel scribing the groove image on the blank side. What’s the possible explanation for them. The angel logo looks familiar but can't place it.
