The only list-serv I know about old radio is here:  http://www.oldradio.net/

As far as I can tell, the Radio Annuals are not on line, although I 
am sure at some point, somebody will begin scanning these kinds of 
reference volumes.  I also checked my 1938 and 1944 Radio Annuals, 
and didn't find him listed.  I'll try a couple of other volumes and 
if I find anything, I'll let you know.
