In the Gramophone magazine online archive [www.gramophone.net] there is a
photo of MW and orchestra in the August 1931 issue. Yuo have to sign up and then log in to view as Acrobat -- otherwise you get only a muddled OCR
version of the text and no pictures -- but it's eminently worth it!
