[78-L] Frank Sinatra I'll Remember

Ok folks I need a little help here.  At an estate sale today I found a test pressing of Frank Sinatra.  Hand written on it is "Frank Sinatra" and "I'll Remember."  Matrix is HCO1922.  The back side is interesting as I've never seen a Columbia test pressing like this with their company name and U.S. locations around the outside border.  
I can't find this song anywhere.  Was this released?  I was trying to date it.  It's not I'll Remember April either.
