[78-L] RCA Victor sets - M AM DM designations.

AM = Slide Automatic, discontinued in 1940 or '41. Quite often the DM sets have
disc numbers much higher than the M or AM sets because drop automatic was added
later (although it had existed around 1930 for a brief time).
